Our fees are charged on a case by case basis. Our collections rates can be as low as 5% if the carriers you are attempting to collect are in our credit rating and profile database. However for carriers not registered with us, our standard fees will be 15-20%. That is why we encourage our clients to make sure your new prospects receive our credit rating before issuing any credit. Old debts are hard to collect and this is why we charge 15-25% of the collected amount, as our collection fees, for debts older than 2 years.
We specialize in carriers only and using internet based high tech crawlers and spiders monitor the liquidity of carriers worldwide on a daily basis. Carriers get on our watch list as soon as we receive a late payment alert. We begin digging information contacting their customers etc. Once we determine company will be insolvent we send alert to our subscribers to stop credit and do business on prepay basis. All of this is included in our monthly subscription fee of only $39 a month. Our automated internet based high tech crawlers and spiders will be checking on thousands of carriers worldwide on hourly basis for traffic dispute, late payments and other critical info vital to determine the health of a company.
At an additional cost of $19 per client we can even bill them on our clients' behalf, if they are late. In case they become delinquent and legal action is required we can collect on your behalf on a contingency basis or fee basis. Turn around is quick 3-5 days if the company is our subscriber otherwise it may take longer. We can perform comprehensive risk evaluation on your clients too.
